The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are built efficiently and effectively to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong knowledge of functional programming concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience with building scalable and maintainable applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective technical solutions.
- Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
