- Ensure the quality and efficiency of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Pega CSA and CSSA certification.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Experience in designing and configuring business process management applications using Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Pega environment.
- Familiarity with integrating Pega applications with external systems and databases.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
