- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM.
- Experience in data integration and management within enterprise environments.
