Summary:
Provide cross-functional services to product teams to ensure
product delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Acts as a Single Point of Contact for cross-functional division
services
Collaborates closely with internal customers to identify and
align customer needs.
Performs administrative tasks.
Supports the product delivery by improving and automating
internal processes
Is responsible for on-/offboarding of new/retiring employees.
Defines and implements administrative standards for all product teams.
Provides reports to Management and product teams.
Provides comprehensive technical support for internal Management Systems e.g. JIRA, Clarity, WIKI, Tableau
Professional & Technical Skills:
Bachelor in Computer Science or Business Administration or
job-related education
Good organizational skills including proficiency with Microsoft
Office Programs, JIRA, WIKI and Tableau.
Proactive, efficient, customer-focused and able to work under
pressure with tight timelines
Highly focused and solution oriented with strong attention to
detail using existing / new technologies.
Ability to interact with different countries, cultures and customers.
Excellent team player.
Good communication skills.
Good German and English language skills, both written and
spoken.
At least 3 years working experience
