Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that the developed applications align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to confirm that the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. - Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices. - Ability to create detailed documentation for business processes and application functionalities.
