Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Good to have skills : Salesforce Data 360, Life Sciences Industry

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the application to ensure functionality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing ongoing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions align with client expectations and project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Good To Have Skills: Life Sciences Industry, Salesforce Data 360.
  • Experience in developing and deploying scalable web components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and client-server communication.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
