Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Talent Management, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
