• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in software development to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
• Experience in designing scalable data architectures to support complex applications.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data flows and storage for performance improvements.

• This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
