You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering effective software solutions that support operational efficiency and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions through thorough testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and development processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling within SAP HANA environment.
• Ability to optimize code and application performance for SAP HANA platforms.
• Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in SAP ABAP applications.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
