You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to the architectural design of software solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the applications developed support and enhance business processes efficiently, while also adapting to evolving project demands and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance software functionality and user experience.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Integration.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to financial systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing application interfaces that support seamless data flow between financial modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
