Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance software functionality and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to financial systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing application interfaces that support seamless data flow between financial modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
