As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document application designs, configurations, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding application development processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
