• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices within cloud environments.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable application deployment.
