Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and resolve issues.
• Document development processes and provide clear communication on project progress.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Experience with configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery modules.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network protocols relevant to discovery processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to discovery data and integrations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT operations management and discovery workflows.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
