• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex software modules ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows and improve overall project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented programming and modularization techniques.
• Familiarity with database design and performance tuning within SAP HANA systems.
• Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development tools.
