Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning processes and how they integrate within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in configuring and customizing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration, integration techniques, and troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
