• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise software environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
