• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
• Strong knowledge of application design and development principles within IBM System i environments.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining custom software applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to IBM System i platforms.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable software solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
