As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Strong knowledge of telephony systems and integration with customer relationship management platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Amazon Connect environments.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
