• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
• Experience with security configuration and compliance management within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles related to Microsoft 365.
• Ability to implement and monitor security policies and controls to protect organizational data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance tools such as Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, and eDiscovery.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve security and compliance issues in cloud-based applications.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
