Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and integration techniques.
• Ability to work with complex data structures and transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system integration.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
