• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
