Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong expertise in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Experience in performance tuning and debugging of SAP ABAP programs to ensure efficient system operation.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling to support application development on the HANA platform.
