Lead automation architecture and delivery at scale. Handson lead who can Architect and build enterprise-grade automation solutions and meet value realization targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow teams of automation engineers
• Define automation strategy, roadmap and standards
• Oversee delivery of large-scale automation platforms
• Ensure KPIs, quality and value targets are met
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• GenAI / Agentic AI at scale
• Architecture and assessment of Advanced monitoring and AIOps.
• Expert in Python Enterprise automation architecture AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid cloud Observability, SRE and DevOps
• People and program management
  
  

Additional Information:

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
