As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality software products. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery of application features.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models related to Salesforce environments.
