Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in BDD testing, Reqnrolll, C#. The candidate will lead test automation, ensure coding quality, implement testing solutions, and enhance testing practices. It focuses on defining end to end testing strategies, applying quality metrics, and guiding teams through planning, execution, and defect resolution. By collaborating across functions and contributing to Role & delivery decisions, the role helps ensure consistent quality and reliable outcomes across the application lifecycle. This role demands strong test automation and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on Role & decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement Role & metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance of software applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
QE Leadership across federated squads, coaching and implementation of program test framework
Strong QE Skills & Requirements Analysis, BDD Scenario authoring, C# Intermediate (Strong Java, jess, TS, Python acceptable)
Tools in use are C#/Reqnroll for most team and Leapwork (planned for low code D365/PP)
Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in Test Management, Payments Fundamentals, Core Banking, ASP.NET MVC.
