Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong experience in customizing and extending Oracle EBS HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to work with PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts to optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
