• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Ability to analyze complex software systems and design effective test cases to ensure quality and reliability.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing in agile environments.
• Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting issues to provide timely resolutions and maintain software stability.
