Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the entire application lifecycle, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals, and driving the successful delivery of tailored software solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and strategic planning to meet evolving business needs and technical requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure PaaS, Python (Programming Language), GitHub.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based application architectures.
• Strong understanding of API integration and microservices development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
