Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in integrating business process requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.
