• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments.
• Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring to maintain optimal operation.
• Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
• Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
• Understanding of security protocols and user administration in SAP Basis.
