Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively manages the application lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the process.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications are designed with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within Pega environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Pega implementations.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Pega applications with external systems.
