• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and enhancing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows within SAP environments.
• Ability to optimize code performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
