Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud to align with business needs.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce Revenue Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
