As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software components that support business operations and enhance productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge to keep pace with evolving technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
• Experience with responsive design techniques to ensure applications work across various devices.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization for front-end applications.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
