Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve application performance.

Technical Experience :

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
