• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• Experience in developing and optimizing data models and dashboards to support business analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and working with diverse data sources.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within business intelligence environments.
