Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with in-memory computing technologies.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
