Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet diverse business needs.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to configure workflows, process automation, and data models within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Sales Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
