• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
• Ability to manage SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Familiarity with transport management and system monitoring tools to ensure system stability and availability.
