Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work with complex data integration scenarios and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and collaborative tools.

• This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
