The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise content management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to integrate OpenText ECM with other enterprise systems and applications.
