Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly understood and delivered effectively. Continuous engagement with project members and stakeholders is essential to drive progress and address any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance productivity and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Production Planning modules to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP PP environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
