• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance within SAP environments.
• Knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
• Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
• Ability to monitor system health and implement security measures to safeguard data integrity.
