As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to support evolving business objectives. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on delivering functional and efficient software solutions that enhance operational workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data management and process automation within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
