Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate application performance.
- Familiarity with analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks or issues.
- Experience in integrating testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
