Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with overall system architecture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services to support application deployment and management.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance across distributed systems.
