Intune Support Engineer (CL11)

Experience 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle Intune-related incidents and service requests.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, registration, and Company Portal issues.

Support device onboarding, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and policy deployment.

Assist with device retirement, wipe, and remote management actions.

Support deployment and troubleshooting of Intune-managed applications.

Monitor compliance, device health, and application deployment status.

Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.

Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and operational reports.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management.

Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.

Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments.

Knowledge of device enrollment and compliance concepts.

Experience With ServiceNow Or Other ITSM Tools.

Good To Have

Knowledge of Intune and MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
