• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
• Strong experience in customizing Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
