- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration workflows using SnapLogic platform.
- Strong understanding of data transformation and orchestration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SnapLogic pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation techniques to enhance integration processes.
