- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
